Where our history takes root
Before becoming a hotel, this place was an olive mill, a heart that beat to the rhythm of the olive harvest. Today, we want to share that legacy with you. «Olive and Tradition» is not just an event, it is a tribute to our origins, a way to relive history through the senses.
We propose an immersion in the culture of extra virgin olive oil, from learning about the old olive mill to tasting a high-quality oil produced in the Valencian Community and a prepared menu where each dish pays tribute to this Mediterranean treasure.
The visit and the tasting
We will begin the day with a trip back in time, visiting the remains of our mid-19th century olive mill.
Afterwards, an expert will guide you in a commented tasting where you will learn to differentiate the nuances, aromas and flavors of different extra virgin olive oils.
