So, here are our suggestions:
– Christmas Eve Dinner (with special kitchen hours from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm) to delight you with a pleasant evening and a delicious menu. Although the kitchen will exceptionally close at 10:00 pm on this occasion, the dining room will remain open, so the evening will continue. Download the menu here in PDF format.
– Christmas Day lunch, as usual, will feature our traditional and essential “puchero con pelotas,” a delicious local stew with broth, noodles, meatballs, and a platter of meats, vegetables, and chickpeas. Download the menu here in PDF format.
– New Year’s Eve Dinner (open from 8:00 PM to 1:30 AM) with a special menu including the traditional 12 grapes, party favors, and cava to ring in the new year with family and friends. After midnight, the bar will be open until 1:30 AM for drinks (including a complimentary glass of premium gin and tonic). The hotel’s music will play in the background.
